1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, depositing PKR funds, or ordering numbers on Yotlex OTP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Purpose & Permitted Use

Yotlex OTP provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS verification codes (OTP). Numbers provided are intended solely for legitimate account verification and software testing.

You strictly agree NOT to use Yotlex OTP numbers for fraudulent activities, illegal spamming, harassment, impersonation, or circumventing regulatory compliance. Violation of this rule results in immediate account suspension without refund.

3. PKR Wallet & Financial Transactions

All user accounts on Yotlex OTP maintain a wallet denominated strictly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are processed upon review of valid payment proof.

Wallet balances cannot be transferred between users. Yotlex OTP reserves the right to review, withhold, or decline suspicious deposit requests.

4. Order Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Once virtual phone numbers are successfully allocated and an OTP is received, the purchase is financially final. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to provider stock unavailability or expiry before SMS delivery, the reserved PKR deduction is automatically refunded back to your wallet balance.
